Home Inspection

 A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual assessment of the home's condition to identify existing or potential issues. I inspect the roof & drainage systems, structure & foundation, exterior finishes including decks & porches, electrical system, plumbing, heating & cooling, interior finishes, basement and/or crawlspace, attic space, and garage/carport

*Price is based on homes up to 2,500sq ft

*Service area is 50km from Dundee, NS. Inspections outside service area are subject to a travel fee.

A lateral sewer line scope is a video inspection of the main sewer line from the home to the municipal line or septic tank (I do do not inspect the septic tank itself). This scope is looking for issues such as cracked/damaged pipes, root intrusion, clogging, etc. You will be provided with a separate report including pictures and/or video of any issues, plus recommendations.

Tests for Presence/Absence of Total Coliform & E. coli. 

*results usually come back within a week

Tests for presence/levels of Calcium, Magnesium, Aluminum, Boron, Beryllium, Cadmium, Cobalt, Chromium, Copper, Iron, Manganese, Hardness, Nickel, Lead, Antimony, Selenium, Tin, Vanadium, Zinc, Arsenic, Uranium, Titanium, Molybdenum, Strontium, Silver, Thallium, Sodium, Potassium, Nitrate/Nitrite, Fluoride, pH. 

*results usually come back within 2 weeks
