My name is Paul McGrath, I was born and raised in Cape Breton Island. I've recently moved back to Nova Scotia after spending 20+ years away. I've always worked in the construction industry; in Cape Breton I was a member of the Carpenter's Union Local 1588 as well as working for a number of independent contractors. When I moved out west I continued expanding my knowledge by working in the commercial construction industry. In 2006 I made the move to Yellowknife, where I worked as a Senior Sales Manager of a flooring store before becoming a co-owner. All of this experience has provided me with a vast amount of knowledge in home building and renovations. Along with my keen eye for details, I bring all of this experience with me into my Home Inspection business. I have completed a diploma program in Residential Home Inspections from Ashworth College, followed by a Professional Home Inspector Certification from the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
In my down time, I love playing music, and going on adventures exploring this beautiful province with my wife Susan, and our dog Rocky.
I look forward to being a part of your next home buying or selling experience.
