About Paul McGrath

My name is Paul McGrath, and I was born and raised in Cape Breton Island. Recently, I moved back to Nova Scotia after spending over 20 years away.

Throughout my career in the construction industry, I was a proud member of the Carpenter's Union Local 1588 in Cape Breton, where I worked with various independent contractors. When I moved out west, I continued to expand my knowledge in the commercial construction sector.

In 2006, I transitioned to Yellowknife, working as a Senior Sales Manager at a flooring store before eventually becoming a co-owner. This journey has given me extensive experience in home building and renovations, which I now apply as a home inspection expert.

I have completed a diploma program in Residential Home Inspections from Ashworth College and earned my Professional Home Inspector Certification from the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), allowing me to offer top-notch Nova Scotia home inspections.

With a keen eye for detail and a wealth of experience, I am excited to assist you in your next home buying or selling experience. In my downtime, I enjoy playing music, golfing, and exploring the beautiful landscapes of this province.
