PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTIONS
Having a pre-purchase inspection provides a large measure of protection from unpleasant surprises by providing the buyer with a clear understanding of the house they are considering purchasing. By identifying both positive features and deficiencies, as well as suggesting necessary repairs, a pre-purchase inspection allows the buyer to make a more informed decision.
Standard Home Inspection (up to 2,500sq ft) - $450+HST
Service area is considered to be 50km from Dundee, NS.
Inspections outside of the service area will be subject to a travel fee.

- Electrical System
- Plumbing System
- Heating & Cooling System
- Roof and Attic Space
- Basement and/or crawlspace
- Interior finishes
- Decks and porches
Inspection Reports
Our reports, generated using Spectora Home Inspection software, are easy to read and include detailed descriptions and photos of any issues found during the inspection. These reports identify any items that may require repair or replacement. Turnaround time for reports is 48 - 72 hours after inspection.
